Scott Bridge Co. project over the Altamaha River, some old-fashioned building techniques actually got the bridge built quicker at a lower cost to taxpayers and with increased protections for the federally endangered shortnose sturgeon, Atlantic sturgeon and Altamaha spinymussel.
